How do my partner and I connect?
One of you signs up and gets an invite code (and a share link). Send it to your partner, they tap it or enter the code, and you're paired in seconds. You don't both need separate setups - just the one invite.
How do check-ins and streaks work?
Pick a few small daily habits. Each day, tap to check in (you can even do it from your lock-screen notification). Your streak is shared, so it grows for both of you. Hit your milestones and you earn sparks and any rewards you set.
One of us is busier than the other. Won't the app just die?
That's the whole reason we built it. Either partner can check in for both with “we both did it,” so a busy week doesn't break your streak. The app works even when one of you is slammed.
What's free, and what's Premium?
Free gives you up to 3 habits, 1 reward, daily check-ins, lock-screen actions, and shared streaks - with no time limit, ever. Premium ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) unlocks unlimited habits and rewards, all 6 themes, full stats, and your complete reward history. There's no separate free trial because the free tier already is free for as long as you like.
We're a couple - do we both have to pay?
Nope. One subscription covers both of you. When one partner subscribes, the other gets Premium automatically. No paying twice.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then PairHabit. You can change or cancel there anytime. If you switched phones or reinstalled, open PairHabit, go to the paywall, and tap “Restore Purchases.”
How do I delete my account?
Open PairHabit, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. That permanently removes your account and your data. (If you just want to step away from your couple, use Settings - Leave Couple instead.)
Is my data private?
Yes, and we mean it. No third-party analytics or trackers, no location, no “last seen,” no monitoring each other, and no guilt notifications. We never sell your data. Read the details in our Privacy Policy.
My push notifications aren't showing up.
Make sure notifications are on for PairHabit: iPhone Settings - Notifications - PairHabit, and allow them. Inside the app, check that reminders are enabled in Settings. If they're still not coming through, email support@pairhabit.app and we'll help.
